update your profile in the photo directory
Our online church directory is in need of an update! I really need your help in this to get everything up to date. We have some new members that have not been added yet that I am working to sort through and add. Everyone on this email should already have a profile on the app/online,
If you visit www.instantchurchdirectory.com online, you are able to login using your email as listed with the church and YOU can edit your own family profile, a new updated picture, new address if moved, and add any children/birthdays/cell numbers on any info that we are missing. Go to your family's name and you will see "Edit my Family"Important Note: You are ONLY able to edit your family through SAFARI (not on the app).
Most of you have alot of this information on there already but please check to see what is missing that can be updated! It should not take but just a few minutes to do! Below is a list of what we would like included in the profile.
Also, if you would like to, you can reply back to me only megnaaman@gmail.com with the subject "St. John's Directory" with this information below and I will be happy to put your information myself in for you.
Info under profiles is:
1. First/ Last name of each adult in house
2. First (and last if different from adult listed) for children
3.Current mailing address
4.Current email address of EACH person
5. Current Cell of EACH person in #1 ( could add for #2 if you would like listed)
6. Landline if applicable
7. Date of birth for each #1 and #2
8. Updated picture
9. Name of Sunday School class if applicable
10. List any church group/committees you are currently participating in so we can add you to those (see the Groups tab).
There is an app to view the church directory if you do not have on phone already. I use this app very often for contact information! Search "Instant Church Directory" in the app store. It is a green/yellow background with a church logo.
You just type in your email address, as noted in the church directory (should be this one) and create a password and it should add you to St. Johns. If you have any trouble let me know.
